Grantmakers For Girls of Color is announcing TWO exciting opportunities to sign up and participate in the 2022 convening later this month.

REGISTER NOW: Registration is LIVE for our free convening on Tuesday, October 25 to Thursday, October 27, 2022.

The theme for this year’s virtual convening is Reclamation and Reciprocity: Harvesting Just and Liberated Futures for Girls, Femmes, and Gender-Expansive Youth of Color. Join us for a jam-packed week of free virtual workshops, plenaries, exciting speakers, and performances that bring together our community of funders, grantee partners, and of course, youth! The convening will take place on
Oct. 25-27 from 1 p.m. - 6 p.m. ET.

A keynote from activist and icon Dolores Huerta on her journey from a young labor right's activist to political powerhouse.Sessions on:Supporting the Leadership of Latinx Girls and Gender-Expansive youth in all our communitiesAffirming Futures for Trans Femmes, featuring Ericka HartSupporting BAMEMSA girls and gender-expansive youth’s capacity to leadCentering Indigeneity to Build Healing Across CommunitiesCo-curating and Funding Havens for the Innovation and Leadership of Black Girls, Femmes and Gender-Expansive Youth
Office Hours for grantees and organizations to get real-time answers to questions about topics related to organizational development and infrastructure.
"Kiki" Circles for participants to meet and build community with one another in a lightly facilitated setting.
