Writing to Wellness™ with C. Thomas

Writing to Wellness™ is a discussion-based workshop designed to use poetry as a tool for healing. Participants will learn helpful tips via discussion on how to navigate healing through expressive forms of creative writing, how to advocate for others and how to build a safe space for self-care. C. Alexandria-Bernard Thomas is an award-winning poet, teaching artist, an advocate for Child Abuse Prevention, the LGBTQIA community, and Mental Health Awareness.
