Healing Space with Erica on April 7 at 6pm ET:
Erica Hom is a writer, educator and artist who is passionate about helping empower communities through the study of language and literature.
In this workshop, Erica will talk about how writers of haiku use mindfulness meditation to connect to themselves, their communities, and the natural world. You will leave this workshop with drafts of your own personal haiku relating to your own journey, and the beautiful moments in your life
Healing Space with Charisma on April 14 at 6pm ET:
Charisma (she/her) is an urban planner, Akashic (ah-KAH-shic) Records reader, and facilitates sound healing. For her, the Akashic Records are soul-speak and the sounds she creates/receives in life are meditative.
Join Charisma as she guides us in an interactive and immersive sound healing from within, through vocal toning and receiving a sound bath with crystal quartz sound bowls.
